At AlZahid Electra, we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products (refrigerators, freezers, washing machines). Therefore, we provide a flexible return and exchange policy in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
Return & Exchange Period
Customers are entitled to return or exchange the product within 3 days of receiving it if it does not match the specifications or has a manufacturing defect.
Returns or exchanges after this period are not accepted unless covered under the warranty due to a manufacturing defect.
Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
The original purchase invoice must be provided.
Products that have been installed or operated are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, breakage, or modification by the customer.
Products installed incorrectly or connected to non-compliant power sources.
Discounted or promotional items (unless defective).
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days after the product is received and inspected.
In case of exchange, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.
Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, the company covers all shipping costs.
For other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer bears shipping costs both ways.
